Google Pixel 4 Upgrade

Hello,

 

I ordered an upgrade for my Google Pixel 2 XL to a Google Pixel 4. The payment went through but it says my account is still in credit? Also when I click the upgrade page again it says upgrade unavailable, is that because I just ordered an upgrade?

@kakuzu92   If you have upgraded then of cause you can not do this again.  You account in credit means there is money in your account and so it’s in credit. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
