Fradulent email - renewal EE plan failed

HI All

 

I have been trying to contact EE but cannot get through I believe there is a fradulent email going around stating renewal EE plan failed - can anyone help me

@Amanda_Hall4444   Have you tried upgrading your contract?    If you haven’t then it will be a scam. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

What was the email address that the email came from?

I also received this email. I am assuming it is fake, as I am not due for renewal. Google seems to confirm it. I will wait and see if I am disconnected!
