Ok, so this morning I’ve tried to do an early upgrade on the myee website. I had a £141 charge to do so. I opted to go forward with a sim only plan. When it came to paying the lump sum, the website crashed and wouldn’t let me continue, however the £141 has still been taken out of my bank account.
where do I go from here? Because I’ve essentially been robbed by ee
