Hello house , am new on this platform though. But I register on the platform to a phone which I did and the deduct the upfront payment in my account but I didn't get any notification if the order is successful or not 

Secondly I didn't get any notification regards the delivery although am not using EE network yet. How do I go about it. 

Thirdly I try to call the customer service through but is not going through due different network

@Loyalty  Try this number +44-800-956-6000.  If your dialling 150 from a different network device it’ll never go through to EE customer services, you need an EE sim in your device for that to work. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I only got message regards confirming my email and phone number which it was confirmed despite its not EE network number. But I believe it shouldn't be a barrier when the number will coming with the phone.

No , just confirm my number via my account through web browser not application. Although I try to call but I don't have EE number yet it keeps bouncing
