Account deactivated Had an email sent to my nhs account to register for my perks so I can get a 20% discount for my partner but when I follow the link it says account deactivated and no option to reset. Visiting the ee shop but they said I had to call, so I called EE and both people I spoke to kept me on the phone for an hour, told me they had no idea what I was talking about and that either of them had heard of ee perks, after going round and round with both of them they then hung up on me. Please help, I'm just after the code that the ee shop require to complete an order.
