Early upgrade

I have received an offer of 100% off early upgrade fee, but when I go to checkout, it's stull there. Is it a glitch?

I am the same. Says cause I am a loyal customer...but at checkout the full balance of my contract is required to be paid.

 

Not very helpful if your only offering this via the website but can't take advantage of it
