Hi,
I upgraded my phone a few weeks ago and purchased insurance with my upgrade. I was informed that I qualified for a free screen and phone cover. I checked on this order over a week ago when I rang EE and was told that the order for the covers had not been placed. I was then told to expect delivery in 3-5 working days. It has been longer than that and I have yet to receive my delivery. Last time I rang took 40 minutes and so I am reluctant to ring again. Where is my order? I have not received any emails.

Same problem, upgraded new phone along with new insurance and qualified for a free "one minute bundle" screen and case. they said that they don't have them in stock atm and they will send it asap. it's been a couple of weeks and still nothing.

Welcome to the community and thanks for upgrading.
I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check stock and send one out for you.
