EE 4G Router Cell Identifier

I have been using 4G EE Broadband successfully for 12 months. I can see the cell mast 400 yards away and the router has clear line of sight. However I have experienced slow broadband / no broadband in the past and the help desk have identified I'm connected on occasion to a mast some miles away. How can I find the Cell Identifier ( Cell ID ) in the router settings for use in https://www.cellmapper.net/enbid

Not sure if this helps, but I was able to deduce which mast i was connected to by which Bands my router was using versus which Bands were offered by the mast.  When i was getting fully speeds I was connected to the nearby mast about 300m away (clear LoS) which I knew was offering Band 3.  But when my speeds dropped dramatically, my router switched to 4G+ but on a different band which I knew was offered by another mast about 2 miles away.
