I’ve ordered my new phone on a new contract (my old contract has finished). The order pages are unclear - I’m “upgrading” contract and having a new phone; the info says that for contract upgrades you won’t get a new sim but new phones do. I’m keeping the same phone number. Should I receive a new sim or not - I’m confused.
Please no rudeness, I have adhd & can struggle to understand things sometimes.

As an upgrade you don't need a new SIM but you'll probably be sent 1 just in case the old SIM is faulty. Just put your old SIM in your new phone & continue using it.
