Hi,
I have recently upgraded to fibre broadband and am now unable to connect my canon printer wirelessly to my laptop. The router shows the printer is connected to the router but when i run the printer software the laptop says it is unable to find the printer. I had no issues previously with the standard wifi.
Please help

@Harley70 Have you setup the printer software on the laptop via the new router connection ? You need to do this as the software on the laptop is trying to find the printer via your old connection.

Hi @Harley70
Have you still got the usb cable? You can set up the WiFi via the usb and pc software. From experience setting up wireless doesn't work well but setting up wireless via the usb seems to work better. Once done you can ditch the cable.
Thanks
