I placed an order for the iPhone 12 Pro Max 512gb 8th December and haven’t heard anything can someone tell me if they know if Brexit is causing a delivery problem?

I've checked and we'll be dispatching all 512GB versions of the iPhone 12 Pro Max as soon as we receive stock from the manufacturer.

 

We do have graphite iPhone 12 Pro Max 256GB in stock. If you've ordered over the phone or website, you'll be able to change your order to that one by calling our Mobile Care team, if that's something you were interested in.

Hi Chris,

 

I under that but it’s been since 8th Dec and if I’d wanted the 256gb phone I’d have changed it before, it was showing as in stock when I ordered it 😕, what I was really wanting to know if there was is there a delay from the supplier and do we know when stock is expected?

I don't have any more information, @Lins2.

 

The latest guidance we have is that we're awaiting stock and will dispatch orders in the order in which they were placed.

 

Our courier company will be in touch when it's ready to deliver.
