Apple watch

I ordered an Apple watch 12 days ago, supposed to be delivered the next day. It's impossible to speak with someone and find out. I actually want to cancel my order now I am fed up.

Series 6 

Eventually I’ve got to the bottom of it. Delivery was made to a shop and DPD didn’t let me know or leave a card where it was delivered. After several attempts to speak with someone on the EE I found it and I have it now.
