From memory when I had the cellular plan, if you remove the plan (from within the Watch app) you still get charged for the plan as this doesn't cancel it at EE's end.
So you will need to contact customer service to do get the cellular plan cancelled, and this will stop you been charged.
Customer service reopen tomorrow at 8am and the number is 150.
