Hi EE, I'm interested in talking to someone in sales re/ potentially ordering a new ipad. I can see the offers online from EE when I log into my account, but when comparing to other offers from external companies there appears to be a different, more beneficial monthly repayment plan elsewhere. Before I decide to go with the alternative offer, I have previously been able to chat with someone from EE via the chat option on similar requests to see if there is anything you can do to match or better the competition as a long standing customer. I can't see this "chat" option on the EE site anymore, have you stopped this service?
