Hi I purchased an upgrade my money has been taken out my account for the upfront cost but ive had no confirmation email or anything

@Am64  Have you checked your spam folder?  You’ll probably best give it 24hours as EE is being hammered because of the iPhone 13s. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
Ive checked my spam nothing there. I'll leave it for 24hrs and see if I get anything
