A Big Thank you

I would like to give Shaun Bartlett Broadband Technical Team Plymouth a huge thank you for helping me with my Home Broadband problems.

He has been brilliant this week. Polite, patient, reassuring and caring. He is a credit to EE a valuable employee to the company.

It sounds like Shaun really is a credit to EE, I'm so glad he was able to leave a lasting impression, and to ultimately help you with your broadband problem.

Please pass my commendation onto him.

He definitely went the extra mile I was extremely upset and distressed on
Tuesday.

He was faced with me having a anxiety attack, crying etc.
I hadn't had any internet for about 5 days and was trying to work from home
and living alone I went into complete meltdown mode.
He listen reassured me and calmed me down. Even kept in touch with me for a
few days to the new router arrived. On Thursday talked me through setting
up the new router. He is also going to phone me on Monday to check
everything is ok.

He showed sympathy, empathy, supported me and the was non judgemental.

I must admit that loosing my internet wasn't the end of the world but with
other problems I am faced with and Lockdown it was my tipping point.

When answering my call on Tuesday morning he didn't know he was going to be
faced with a person in complete meltdown mode.
