Hello,
I'm trying to improve my in laws broadband, but don't want to commit them to 24 months if I haven't improved anything.
4G seems to make sense and they seem to be between ok coverage indoor/outdoor and just outdoor. They seem to get 4G on their EE mobiles in house some of the time.
Is there a cooling off period so I can recommend they try it?
Also can I use an aftermarket router? My thinking is get them to buy the cheapest router, and if we feel we need a mast and antennae I can get them a Draytek and set something up for them myself so if it fails it's my expense not theirs.
Thank you

@Russ_T If your order online or over the phone you get a 14 day cooling of period because of distance selling laws.
