Help: Reconnect me to Customer Care

I have spoken to customer care and the man said he could help me with this and gave me the charge price, but our call dropped. I then tried to call back 4 times and all 4 different people said they don’t know what I’m talking about. What department deals with this? I can’t remember the name of the man who was helping me and it’s very upsetting as he was in the middle of helping me and knew exactly what I needed to be done
