@quickklik : Do you mean your iPhone won't connect to your new EE router over WiFi? Which router have they given you?

@quickklik : What does that mean? Are you also porting your mobile no. to EE as well as your BB?
N.B. to readers: the OP's original posts to which I replied were posted in the Home Broadband forum yesterday from which presumed it was a BB connection issue rather than a porting issue.
