ok this is possibly one of the most stupid questions but

My wife has an iPhone and i have just got her an iPad ( 9th generation )... ok so here is my stupid question... i have hooked the iPad to my wife's iPhone cloud ..all good..

however how do i set up so when she leaves the house she can still use her EE account to access youtube, emails etc 

does she need any kind of sim for the iPad

She can either have a Sim for the IPad or so long as she has her phone with her use hotspot or public wifi when near one like in shops, etc.
