Great to hear you have ordered a new phone. The burgundy is a popular colour.
Looking at the order history for iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB Burgundy , stock guidance while placing the order on the 30th September was: "Available to order- Expect despatch in more than 28 days"
Which means we are waiting to receive stock from the manufacturer so we can ship this out as soon as possible.

If you haven't done so already I would also recommend downloading the DPD app, so that soon as this device is ready to be shipped you will be notified with the tracking details.
