Did you mean:

iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it

Have a plan incl an iPhone 6s, since 1,5 years.

This message appears:

"iPhone needs to cool down before you can use it"tried troubleshooting as on Apple's advice page etc. The thing is not working anymore.

Who's in charge of repairing/replacing this?

EE or Apple?

Thanks,

Dirk

Hi @Dirk0408

Welcome to the community.

Do you mean you've had the phone for one year and six months?

If so, you'll still have a warranty with Apple.

It may be worth backing up and restoring your phone to factory settings though, as they'll likely ask you to try this as part of troubleshooting. Plus, it'll make sure you've got a recent back up.
