I ordered a Iphone 18 Pro Max 256GB in Burgundy on the 25th September and it has still not been dispatched. 

Do you know an estimated dispatch date for this phone?

Check EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/orders/track-your-order

If order tracking does not work then speak to EE CS on 150.

Apple own site says 1-2 weeks and they will be prioritised.

At the moment, the estimated delivery guidance for new orders of the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB in Burgundy is "expect dispatch in more than 28 days".

Orders are fulfilled in date order, so the oldest orders are processed first. Once your device is ready for delivery, the courier will contact you with a delivery window, usually the evening before and again on the day of delivery.
