Why am I still waiting for my order?! Why do EE not keep people informed? I ordered on 25th September still no idea of when it will arrive. If there’s an extended delay then tell your customers! Keep people informed it’s really not much to ask? Give me the option to cancel the order and go elsewhere 😫

I have received the phone - it’s very glitchy after all that wait, hopefully in a few updates time it will sort itself out 😅

I made an order on the 5th November for the iPhone 17 pro max in silver, it estimated 14 days to be dispatched. On the same evening I received confirmation of order along with the tracking number, I tracked a couple hours later which then said been dispatched!
which is now strange and I’ve contacted ee as if it had been dispatched over 6 days ago I would’ve received at least a message on delivery from DPD, so as this was weird , EE then told me my tracking is lying LOL, and hasn’t actually been dispatched from the warehouse?
and that one the orders come to them they deliver On a first come basis, which is leading me to believe my iPhone was dispatched to EE however they have to someone else???
The EE ensured me I couldn’t collect at a local store with it in stock as I would’ve had to cancel my original order and start again an be put to the back of the queue?
they also advised me to even issue it as a complaint?

I got the message it’s been dispatched on the 5th when I made the order, upon waiting 6 days I called them they said the tracking is incorrect they don’t have my phone yet, and to wait the waiting time.
did you do anything to speed it up?
