I ended up canceling my order after ordering a phone within sky on pre order day 12th September within 20 mins and getting to the 19th October and still no phone, I cancelled it and ordered through EE who my sim is with. Was told within 28 days and I just got fed up with waiting so I went to Apple website, ordered the same iPhone 17 pro max 1TB cosmic orange on the 24 month finance 0% interest , I was told next Monday it’s coming, it’s actually been dispatched and is coming tomorrow now and I only ordered it on Tuesday 11th 👌🏻
advice to everyone just cancel and go through Apple, your actually paying more having it through a carrier too I realised EE were charging me an extra £200 when I worked out the payments 😂
says how shambolic the carriers have been as when I rang up to query my order on sky that’s still showing on the app, they said it couldn’t be cancelled and I have to wait for it to be delivered to send back, we’re on November 13th now and I ordered on 12th September at 1:20PM so until this “phone” shows up I’ll have that credit agreement on my credit file sat there, time will tell if it ever turns up but I will be keep ringing up till it’s gone off my device account. 👌🏻
