Placed an order for additional line iPhone 17 pro orange 256GB, received an order number but not xko but was only given to options either 125GB data plan or unlimited and had to pay £50 upfront, is that normal?

I had the confirmation email with xko number with the we may need to call you message .
so I rang them and they said it’s just normal and that my order was already successful

Just gave them a ring - they processed the order for me. Didn't receive an xko number this time, I have a full order number with 'expected' delivery on the '19th'!

Police, please can somebody help me? I have been sat at my phone on the EE website with Safari and also the EE app. I have been desperately trying to order my iPhone 17 Pro Max.
and there are people that managed to order their within like 10 minutes of the pre-orders going live at 1 pm.
it’s currently 3:44pm, and I am still unable to upgrade, pay my Grace fee and go ahead with my purchase of the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
it seems that the only option is for me to pay off flex pay, with no plans available below flex spray option within the app. and now I have been unable to access the EE websites through my Safari browser for the past 30 minutes or so.
please, somebody help. or will they have all gone out of stock at this point??

If not I’ll try and have a play with Google Sheets later although I’m not great with it.
