Hello again, everyone! 

It's Techtember, and we all know that means new iPhones!
We have an exciting lineup this year! Newly redesigned Pro Models and the all-new iPhone Air!

Just like last year, let's use this thread purely for Tracking Preorders and any relevant discussion around them.

I ordered on the 30th September and I’m still yet to receive mine. Haven’t recieved anything since order number and tracking. Everytime I try to track it the tracking number doesn’t even work

i ordered on 16/10, my order still says 'awaiting confirmation' on the expected date, does this mean it will still be ages? Whats the issue with the delay in stock do we know?

I’m in the same boat, ordered on the 14th Oct through CS, paid delivery cost upfront but no upfront cost on the phone itself. I used the trade-in offer to send them my iPhone 15 Pro Max to save £400 or so and they want it by 1st Nov lol don’t even think I’ll have my 17 Pro Max by then!

The delay is due to supply and demand - Apple literally cannot make the phones fast enough for all the demand. That’s probably one of the reasons they decided not to do a black model this time around. Apple gets first priority when it comes to selling their iPhones and even their own website estimates 2-3 weeks for all models.

I would suggest having a look at the spreadsheet and seeing how long other people had to wait to receive their phone, but I think the spreadsheet is broken. I put on the form that my order confirmation date was 14/10/2025 and the spreadsheet says my estimated delivery is 10/10/2025 lol

I don't mean to sound rude but I am unsure of the purpose of the spreadsheet as it isn't telling me anything useful. It says expected delivery date 17/10 which obviously isn't correct 🤷🏼‍♀️ I just want an idea of when I could expect my order to be available

Yeah I did say I’m pretty sure the spreadsheet is broken, or is in need of being updated. It says my delivery date is 10th Oct, even though I put in the form that I ordered it on the 14th lol.

All we can really do is wait though. EE guides have told me different things when I’ve reached out to them about it, and other people in this thread have been told a plethora of different things by EE.

EE is one of Apples largest distributors though so I’d imagine EE get priority over a lot of other networks when it comes to getting the new phones. Unfortunately though, nobody can really give you a good estimated delivery date until EE have finally received stock and can dispatch your new phone.

As always though it’ll be well worth the wait
