Ordered the iPhone 14 pro max on the 14th of September and still have no delievery date and I still cannot even track my order through the website as it says we cannot provide tracking information right now

Welcome to the community,
You are in a queue for receiving this phone, as others, who ordered before you are waiting for it and it will be delivered on a first come first serve, so depends how many, when EE, same for networks all around the world, receive them from Apple. On Apple’s website it says 26 October, if you order there.
Once deliveries are out, you will receive notification from DPD the evening before delivery and another one on the day of delivery with a one hour window.. This why EE cannot provide tracking information.
If you have any further questions about your order, you will have to ring customer service.

If delivery is going to be the 26th of October or later/the same time apple get more stock I would like to cancel my order since I can get it from apple and then just buy a sim only from EE for much cheaper. I ordered from EE hoping to get it much sooner than when apple have more stock on the website

@Sofiia9 this is not customer service, so I would suggest speaking to them when they open tomorrow and see if they can give you an idea when you are likely to receive your phone. You are welcome to cancel the order, but I would also suggest checking when you will receive it directly from Apple before cancelling.
As the phone has not been shipped out to you, you can cancel the order, but you will have to ring customer service.
