Hoping somebody can help me with this!
I recently upgraded to the iPhone 13 Mini and when setting up the device it asked me if I want to make my SIM an e-Sim. In all honesty, I wasn’t sure what it meant but I selected yes. I also put my physical SIM into the phone. I only have 1 SIM and 1 data plan with EE.
Today, my phone ran out of battery so I charged it up. I’ve since noticed that when I try to phone people, it’s asking if I want to use “Primary” or “Secondary” line…but there’s no signal up top with the Primary line.
I just need a solution in order to use my phone and data plan properly!
Thanks!
Sean

An e-sim is an embedded sim inside the phone. When you set up the phone you copied your physical sim card onto the e-sim.
The physical Sim then stops working and can be discarded. If you’ve put the Physical sim in the phone then the phone will think you've two sims but of course the physical one is now blank and so wont work.
All you need to do is take out the physical SIM card. Your phone will then use the e-sim.
