I have completed my upgrade online and revived my device, was I suppose to receive a returns bag as well with the phone as I need to send my phone back to EE.

Did you do an 'anytime upgrade' or are you trading your old phone in?

I completed an anytime upgrade but after a year so I need to give my phone
back so I don't pay an upgrade fee
