Yes I want to buy a phone in a contract without a SIM card, I already have a SIM card ee

At the checkout, after you've inputted your details, address details, marketing preferences and agreed to the terms and conditions you'll come to section 5 'Review and pay'

That section will allow you to select 'Bild your EE Finance plan' where you can spread the cost between 3 to 24 months.

i choose a payback for 24 months and it still comes out completely at the end
