Hi I just put in my new SIM card as I am transferring from BT. Initially I had service but this suddenly stopped and nothing seems to work in terms of getting it back. I also cannot get in touch with ee to find out what is wrong

Anyone got ideas how to fix it - not been dropped or smashed, just picked it up off the counter and it is blank. It is fully charged.

I’m trying to put my EE plan on my Apple Watch but it’s been showing this screen for days. I called EE up and they said I needed to change my EE sim pay as you go plan to a pay monthly plan. I have done this and still nothing has changed… any ideas?
