Resolved! Insurance but cannot cannot call

How do I contact EE insurance without access to a phone. I have submitted a claim online but now it is requesting I call when this is not an option due to a broken phone.

I have had my iPhone pro max replaced by apple today as it was faulty. they gave me a new phone but how do I attach the new phone to my contract an my sim?apple took the old phone so I don't have it to transfer over.
