@Giver2much can you give us more information. Are you on a monthly contract or pay as you go? Do you mean your phone is not getting a signal?
If you mean the My EE App you have not been able to see your account, have you made sure that all apps and software are up to date?
Have you tried logging in via the browser and does that work on your mobile?
