Hi, I cannot access my voicemail, it was working fine months ago, now when I call, it says the call can’t be connected. Can anyone help? Thanks

@Sarah_stevens   Have you tried holding down the number 1 on the dial key pad to see if that calls your voicemail?

Have you tried texting VM OFF then reset the device then text VM ON to see if it re-enables it.?
