Voicemail calls out

Hello!

I have iPhone XS. When I click to call my

voicemail it just calls out, ends the call. I can’t listen to any of my voicemails. Help!

Does this happen in multiple locations?

Are you connected to WiFi when trying to make the call?

Hey! Yes it happens anywhere, both on and off wifi I can’t call voicemail. It always has a red dot on the phone icon too, but when I click to call it just disconnects. I’ve tried texting 150 VM ON VM OFF but that doesn’t work. Thanks!

Please give our technical care team a call on 150 and report this with them. 

They will be able to complete a full diagnostics and hopefully get this resolved for you.
