I upgraded yesterday to an iPhone 13 and kep my number. Everything transferred across ok. I can’t send or receive calls/messages. Can’t call 150 as can’t make calls, can’t wifi calls as says activating (since 11am yesterday), followed instructions on simswop but doesn’t work? I thought it would be simple just out in new sim and all done. Or so I was told.

Hi. Yes tried that. I can use phone via wifi no problem but it’s calls and texts like it doesn’t recognise my sim. Now it’s showing on my EE account it’s my iPhone SE .. yesterday it was showing IPhone 13.

Does the old SIM card still work?
Can you try resetting your network settings?
To do this go into Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

Are you using your old SIM in your new phone? This is usually the easiest way if the existing SIM works and fits in your new phone.
Or have you swapped over to a new SIM? If you've done this, does your old SIM still work?
