4G not working on iPhone XS Max

Hi,

My 4G has stopped working and it’s driving me mad not being able to access online banking and stuff I need for work.

I have:

- checked network coverage, it’s fine

- turned the phone off and on again

- reset my network settings

- logged into my account and checked there are no restrictions on my browsing

- checked that data is switched on in settings

Help! what else can I do?

Thanks

Hi @Jennieledwards

Are you on PAYG or pay monthly contract?

  • Have you made sure your data is active?
  • Did you get your phone from EE?

Ii maybe that the network issues isn't recorded/reported yet.

Thanks

Hi @Jennieledwards

When you say your 4G isn't working, do you mean you have no network coverage at all? Or that you're getting 2G or 3G instead?

Also can you clarify what you mean by "checked network coverage and it's fine" - do you know of any other EE users in the same location, do they have similar problems?

The coverage & status tool that I presume you've used, includes several functions - checking predicted coverage, checking for known faults and reporting a suspected new issue. Which of those have you tried?
