Hi, I upgraded yesterday to a 17 pro, but think I’ve made a mistake and should have gone for a 17 pro max. Can this be changed?

Thanks for coming to the community.
If you've upgraded online or over the phone with us, you can give us a call to cancel the order for the iPhone 17 Pro if it hasn't been dispatched yet, then upgrade to the iPhone 17 Pro Max.
If it has been dispatched, the phone would need to be returned and then you can upgrade again when it is back with us and the order cancelled.
If it was taken in an EE store, you'd not be able to change the phone, as there is no change of mind return policy in an EE store.
