Unknown calls

Hi it may seem silly but how you unlock unknown numbers on iphone?is it the same thing as no caller id?

@dancemom84 If someone is withholding there number you can not unlock anything as the caller is withholding the number.

The best way to control these is to enable “ASK FOR THE REASON FOR CALLING” in settings/phone. Any unknown or withheld numbers will be asked for the reason of the call and before the phone rings.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
