Hello hi i am a new customer to EE can i apply for a new mobile with sim as a contract??

@Shobu8121   If you don’t already have a contract with EE then you are not already a EE customer.  You are only a user if this forum and that doesn’t make you a customer of EEs. 

Nothing stopping you from trying to take out a contract.
