My sim stopped working and I cannot make calls and text anyone and I cannot contact anyone when I am outside. I need help to

get a new sim

Thanks for coming here.

If the SIM card is faulty, please call us on 0800 079 8586 to get a replacement sent to you. Or, you can visit an EE Store with photo ID and they can replace the SIM for you.
