Sim replacement

Hi there I need a sim replacement for my no. xxxxxxxxxxxx. I’ve called into a store in Hounslow high street early this afternoon but I was told by the store representative that I need to register my no. First & he asked me for my personal id & yet he couldn’t help me so can someone look into it & get back to me ASAP PLS. Or if a Replacement sim could b posted to me @ My address pls which is xxxxxxxxxxxxx

@Ransom24  This is a public forum not customer services so you do not post your private information on here. If you require a replacement Sim card you can do this via your online EE account or by calling customer services.
