Just upgraded my iPhone from 14 Plus to a 15 Pro max and I've transferred everything over and my sim wont work?

I don't get any signal but the phone accepts the sim as my number is shown when I check I've already tried reinserting the sim several times and also resetting my phone any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey @0wen!
Welcome to the EE Community 😊

If you haven't already, can you please try giving your network settings a reset?

This won't affect any of the personal data on your phone, but any WiFi networks will need you to enter the password next time you connect.

Hi Peter, I’ve already tried this and it didn’t work 😞

I tried it again and it didn’t work it asks me for a pin to unlock my sim and I put in 1111 and it unlocks but nothing happens still no signal

Thanks for giving that a try @0wen.

If you pop this SIM in a different handset such as your previous iPhone, is this still working?

Peter

No it no longer works in the old one either

Cheers @0wen, it definitely sounds like something isn't quite right with this SIM, but we'll absolutely be able to get this sorted for you.

If you've got another phone you can contact us from, you can get in touch with our technical support team where they can run some further checks and if needs be order you a replacement.

Alternatively, you can also pop into one of our retail stores and get an immediate replacement free of charge.

You just need to provide photo ID with either a valid passport, or UK driving license.

Peter

Okay no worries I’ll just pop in store many thanks appreciate the help
