Screen locked

My sons iPhone has locked its screen with a critical alert message to allow it or don’t allow but won’t let us press allow or don’t allow buttons, can’t switch it off, cancel it or do anything with the phone!

how do I get the critical alert warning off screen?

Then disable the notification.
