Roaming

Hi I am currently experiencing issues in Kefalonia Greece with my iPhone not sending or receiving media 

phone is topped up   Data roaming on. Appear to have good network Cosmote (other family members don’t seem to have a problem- one has an iPhone ) 

gone into settings  roaming enabled.  Switched on and off a number of times  - toggled aeroplane mode as suggested 

nothing seems to be working 

any suggestions please ?

Hi sorry yes - basically no mobile data at all 

can’t send a text message /email / what’s app etc 

only on the WiFi

Actually I can send an ordinary SMS message 

just not anything that requires internet

Am I correct in thinking you're on pay as you go?

If that's the case, you'll need to opt-in to a data add-on in order to use the internet, but normal texts would be covered if you had credit.
