Ordered my Ultra 2 22/09 at 1600, being delivered today.

I ended up calling CS again today (the new system isn’t great IMHO) I ended up being transferred to the sales team and the guy (very helpful) explained that there was an issue with stock for some strap options! My original choice was on a 28 day delivery, but some items are available next day ( as stated on the app and website)!

I ended up placing an order for one with a different strap and am expecting delivery tomorrow (DPD have been in touch!) the sales guy didn’t take an upfront payment, but waited until I had a confirmation email before cancelling the original order. My original up front payment will carry over as a credit against the new order.

 I would suggest calling the Sales team and checking the stock status of your original choice. 

Yes this worked for me too. Changed the watch to a strap more readily available and being delivered tomorrow thanks very much

After iPhone 15 pro I just ordered watch, got xko tracking and notification on dpd app but no 03*** tracking, or isn’t this needed when ordering a watch?

Do you know if this one was in stock?
