I placed my pre order of iphone 14 pro max deep purple on 14th september, and after that i haven't received any text or email yet. Why it is taking so long to deliver?

@afzaalhussain56  It’s taking long because of high demand and EE have never been given enough devices for launch day.   Apple can not produce/provide enough devices for everyone who pre-ordered.  It’s a case of waiting until a device can be allocated to you.

Welcome to the EE Community.

Pre-orders are being dispatched on a first come, first serve basis as stock arrives from our supplier.

You'll receive a text with tracking details before 8pm on the day before your delivery.
