My phone won't make calls, but has access to 4G internet through EE when wifi is turned off.
I recently changed plans so I'm suspecting it could be that. My monthly handset contract was coming to an end so I used the EE app to do a free 'upgrade' to a cheaper sim-only 24-month contract.
have tried calling 150 and various other contacts but call ends immediately. Have restarted phone and checked network provider settings and all seems fine. Help?

Hi @dpeez
Thanks for coming here.
Can you try the SIM in another phone, does this work for you?
Leanne 🙂

Good morning @pompjojo.
Are you currently abroad or in the UK?
Have you recently made any account changes?

I 'changed' from BT SIMS to EE SIMS last week, and since then the reception, reliability of the signal and connection is totally unreliable.
There are 4 of us with new iPhones, 11 x2 , 12 & 13. ALL of these iPhones are now experiencing connection issues.
I have tried, reseating the SIMS, turning the phones Off/On, modifying settings per recommendations, from default to only allowing 4G signal. This service is unreliable.
This is on Mainland UK, West Coast of Scotland, Glasgow and Edinburgh. All locations are experiencing the same issues.
We had BT SIMS for years with these same phones, with ZERO issues.
Something is wrong.
Can we revert to BT?
Thank you
Andrew

Yes, I transferred my original numbers from BT to EE, using the PAC code process.
The numbers have all switched but the reliability is difficult.
Thank you
Andrew
