Phone problems

I have had my IPhone 11 for 15 months now and I have loved the phone until yesterday when I noticed that my phone wasn’t charging properly, the charging was slow with charging seeming to freeze at 58% for a while before moving on.

Today I took my phone into my nearest EE branch and I was advised of three options, 1. Pay £280 to upgrade, 2. Send. My phone away to be checked or take it into EE in Glasgow to ask if they could look at it.

Due to my circumstances, I don’t have the money to upgrade and I need my phone as I care for my uncle, is there anyway to sort the charging problem without having to be without my phone for however long?

Welcome to the community.

It sounds like there could be a fault with the phone. It may be worth backing everything up and restoring your iPhone to factory settings to see if the problem still occurs.
